Lorenzo Ceccani chef patron of the Madreterra restaurant in Alatri was born in Frosinone in 1990. From an early age he became interested in cooking thanks to his grandmother and mother, excellent home cooks, who, to make him play, teach him to roll out and knead fresh pasta and some sweets of the Ciociara tradition.
He embarks on the road of catering working in large and luxurious hotels in Rome.
His cooking philosophy starts from the raw material that works with the utmost care and respect, enhancing its characteristics. Always looking for products of excellence of the territory, in the supply chains that consider nature as an essential good for everyone. Small companies and artisans are Italy's strength in the agri-food sector and believes and supports these small businesses because they carry on the country's excellence and traditions, but always with an eye to new technologies and the needs of tomorrow.
